The Stewardship Plan

No surprises, all year, for one published price.

We start by reading three years of your IRS record for what was missed. Then we stay with you all year: a projection while there is still time to act, your return, and every IRS notice read within two business days.

  • Families who want next April to hold no surprises
  • Anyone with a big decision coming: retirement, an inheritance, a sale
  • Business owners who want the entity return and quarterly estimates handled with the rest

What it costs, in full, before any call

One price for a year, paid up front. Every price is here before any meeting. Founding Members join at the founding price through November 15, 2026, for the first 20 families. Your place counts from the day your signup is in, even if your proposal is signed after. Founding Members keep their price for as long as they stay continuously enrolled.

Start with one question

What a year looks like

Within ten days of your IRS records. Your Three-Year Transcript Review: refunds you can still claim, credits never taken, penalties that may qualify for removal, and income the IRS has on file that your return didn’t. Where a finding has a deadline, you get the date.

In the fall. A projection of this year’s taxes while there is still time to act before December 31.

In the spring. A pre-filing check, then your federal and state return, with Priority Filing included.

In the summer. Your Retirement Tax Picture: the taxes ahead in retirement and the choices that change them, so the biggest decisions are made on numbers. It is refreshed every year you’re a member, because your life and the tax law keep changing.

All year. Monthly monitoring of your IRS account, with every notice read within two business days. One life-event session when something changes. Member office hours twice a month.

Business members add the entity return, quarterly estimated tax calculations with reminders, and a mid-year business planning session.

What happens after you reach out

Seven steps, the same for every family. You hear the price on the first call, and nobody reads your records until you've signed.

  1. You answer one question

Seven answers, five minutes, no documents.

  2. You get a call within one business day

A person, not a queue. You learn which kind of help fits and what the first step costs.

  3. Your proposal and IRS authorization arrive the same day

Both in your portal. The proposal states the fee in full. Form 8821 lets us see your IRS account and nothing more. You also upload a photo ID, so we know the authorization is really yours.

  4. You sign and pay

Nothing is charged before this. Resolution and the Plan are paid at signing; a return on its own, before filing. Full refund if you cancel before James begins.

  5. Your authorization goes to the IRS

The same business day you sign. Nobody reads your records before you've signed.

  6. Your records come in

Usually one to two weeks. Every delivery date after this counts from the day they arrive.

  7. The work starts

A Resolution Roadmap within two weeks of records in hand; a Three-Year Review within ten days. Your portal shows where your file is, and you get a text when the work starts and when it's ready.

You always know exactly where your file is.

Questions families ask about the Plan

When does my year start?

The day you sign and pay. Your IRS authorization goes in the same business day, and your Three-Year Transcript Review arrives within ten days of the records. Members who join by November 15, 2026 are scheduled for their year-end projection before the year closes, once their proposal is signed and their records are in.

Am I an individual member or a business member?

A sole proprietor with no employees or contractors is an individual member; any entity or Schedule C that pays workers is a business member.

What isn't included?

Bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, cleanup, and additional entities are quoted separately. Monitoring covers your IRS account only. Reading and explaining are included: every finding and every notice, with what it means. If acting on one takes extra work, such as an amended return, it is quoted before it begins, never added after.

What if I only have one decision to make?

That is the Tax Strategy Session: one decision, the transcript pull and review, a planning meeting with James, and a written action plan within ten business days. $750 to $1,500, quoted by James. When it’s done, you can join the Plan or not.

How do I pay?

Once a year, up front, through the proposal in your portal. The price on the proposal is the price on this page.

What happens if a plan shows a gap in protection?

We name it, because protecting the people who depend on you is the foundation of the plan. Closing the gap is a separate conversation with James Paige IV as a licensed insurance agent, apart from your tax work, and it happens only with your separate written consent. “Not now” gets the same care as yes.

Who does the work?

Your review, projections, and plan come from James Paige IV, an Enrolled Agent. Karigan Paige, GN co-founder, books your meetings, keeps your portal up to date, and is the first person to call with any question.
