Business

Your business and your household, planned together.

Your year is planned, and you're reminded before each estimated tax payment is due.

  • Owners with employees or contractors
  • A company that files its own return
  • Owners who want the business and the household planned together

Business Stewardship

From $3,600 a year

Your company's return and your own, your estimated taxes figured with a reminder before each is due, and a plan for both, for one price.

Founding price through November 15; from $4,800 after. Founding Members keep their price for as long as they stay continuously enrolled.

Paid in full when you sign, or from $300 a month on autopay for Founding Members, $400 after; twelve months. Your proposal states your figure.

About two minutes. Nothing is charged before you sign.

What Business Stewardship includes

Everything in the Stewardship Plan, plus three things for the company.

Everything in the Stewardship Plan:

  • Three-Year Transcript Review within ten days of receiving your IRS records
  • Current-year projection in the fall
  • Spring pre-filing check
  • This year's individual federal and state return
  • Retirement Tax Picture session in the summer
  • Monthly IRS account monitoring, every notice reviewed within two business days
  • One life-event session
  • Member office hours twice monthly
  • Priority Filing, included

Plus, for the business:

  • The entity return (1120-S or 1065)
  • Quarterly estimated tax calculations with reminders
  • A mid-year business planning session

Bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, cleanup, and additional entities are quoted separately.

  • Fees are fixed and never contingent on a result. No outcome is ever promised.
  • Full refund if you cancel before the work begins. Once work begins, fees are earned as delivered.

Guidance through the year

Clear answers as the year moves, and tax planning for the company and the household together.

At the mid-year planning session we look at the year while there is still time to change it. In between, you ask and we answer.

Bookkeeping, added to your membership

Your books kept current, so you plan from real numbers. Quoted before any work begins.

Bookkeeping is an add-on for Business Stewardship members: you keep everything membership includes, and the books are quoted before any work begins. Your estimates, your return, and your decisions then start from the same books.

CFO advisory, for the bigger decisions

Cash flow, the decisions in front of you, and where the business has room to grow.

We start with cash flow: what comes in, what goes out, and when. Then the decisions in front of you, made with cash flow and real growth in view: a hire, a purchase, how you pay yourself. Then the parts of the business with room to grow, laid out so you can weigh them. CFO advisory is an add-on for members too, quoted before any work begins.

Questions owners ask

Am I a business member?

A sole proprietor with no employees or contractors is an individual member; any entity or Schedule C that pays workers is a business member. The Stewardship Plan is the plan for individual members.

How do I pay?

In full at signing or monthly on autopay, through the proposal in your portal.

What happens if a plan shows a gap in protection?

We name it. Closing it is a separate conversation with James Paige IV as a licensed insurance agent, apart from your tax work, and it happens only with your separate written consent. How protection fits a plan

Who does the work?

Your returns, projections, and plan come from an Enrolled Agent. We book your meetings, keep your portal up to date, and answer your questions as they come.

Protect. A plan is not finished until the people who depend on you are provided for. How protection fits in

What happens after you reach out

The same seven steps for every family.

  1. You reach out: call us, or start online

One question and how to reach you, about two minutes. Or just call.

  2. We listen

Within one business day, a real person. You tell us what you need; you hear what fits and what the first step costs.

  3. Your proposal arrives in writing, the same day

In your secure online portal: the engagement letter, the proposal with the full fee, and the IRS authorization form (Form 8821) that lets us see your IRS account, nothing more.

  4. You sign and pay

Nothing is charged before this. Cancel before the work begins for a full refund.

  5. We ask the IRS for your records

The same business day you sign.

  6. Your records arrive

Usually five to ten business days. Every date we give you counts from this day.

  7. The work starts, by service, and you can see it

A return, prepared. A plan: your Three-Year Transcript Review within ten days, then your projection in the fall. A case: your Resolution Roadmap within two weeks. Your portal shows where things stand, and we text you when something moves.
