I owe taxes I haven't been able to pay

A balance you can't pay at once is a problem with routes, not a dead end. The IRS has several, and the wrong one costs you a fee and months of waiting. We don't sign anyone up for an offer, or any route, until your own records show it fits.

Opens our secure client portal, run by TaxDome: one question, about five minutes, nothing to pay. Or call Karigan at (443) 390-5488, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 6 Eastern.

What happens next

  1. 1

    You start, or you call

Karigan calls you back within one business day, asks what's going on, and tells you the price before anything is signed.

  2. 2

The Roadmap, $2,500, due at signing

Your proposal and IRS authorization arrive in your portal the same day. Once you've signed and paid, we pull your federal and state records and read every year and every assessment.

  3. 3

    You choose, knowing the price

The Roadmap shows which routes your numbers support, from penalty removal to a payment plan to an offer in compromise, each with its fee fixed on your proposal before any work on it begins. The $2,500 counts toward the one you choose.

Every route fee is all in, the Roadmap included, and set from your records, not from a menu. Nothing is contingent on a result, and no result is promised.

Questions people ask

Will you tell me what I'll end up paying the IRS?

No. The IRS decides that on its own math, and anyone who promises a number before the IRS has ruled is selling you the number. We tell you what is possible, which routes your records support, and what each costs.

I can pay it off within a few months. Do I need you?

Maybe not. If you can pay within a few months, the IRS can usually set up a short-term plan with you directly, and we’ll tell you that on the first call.
